All new client appointment requests will be denied unless stated otherwise.* I kindly request that all clients who need to reschedule give me at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service charge that will be applied to the card on file or due before or at the time of your next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will have to reschedule you and also charge a 100% service charge that will be applied to the card on file or due before or at the time of your next appointment. Clients who no-show will also be charged a 100% service fee and won’t be able to book again without a non-refundable deposit (it will ultimately go towards the cost of your service).
